Every child deserves the opportunity to grow and learn in a caring, supportive environment. Sechrist School has a tradition of community, teamwork and lifelong learning that spans across generations. I am so proud to be a part of continuing that legacy for years to come!

As a professional learning community, we work as a team to provide the best education possible for EACH child. We endeavor to create an environment where all children are cherished and given the opportunity to develop a love for learning in a safe environment with caring adults and supportive peers. Sechrist Elementary School seeks to create a challenging learning environment that encourages high expectations for success through developmentally appropriate instruction that allows for individual differences and learning styles.  Our school promotes a safe, orderly, caring, and supportive environment.  Each student's self-esteem is fostered by positive relationships with students and staff.  We strive to have our parents, teachers, and community members actively involved in our students' learning.
