Happy Summer Everyone! I hope you have had a great first couple of weeks! I am sure you are enjoying family time, hopefully taking some trips, and possibly enjoying camps and activities. Please don't forget to read with your kids over the summer. The Flagstaff Public Library has a Summer Reading Program where they can earn incentives for the books they read!
Learning didn't stop for the teachers last week! Many of our Sechrist staff extended their school year by attending trainings and professional development around the new ELA curriculum for next year. They connected the units to our state standards, shared engaging teaching strategies, and dove into the content our students will be learning! Our counselors and support staff have also been hard at work preparing for the return of students!
You have probably noticed the paint trucks outside Sechrist. Our interior is looking brighter and cleaner with each passing day! We are also scheduled for new carpet in the hallways and common areas! Sechrist is due for some upgrades and looking forward to seeing how it all turns out!
Our office is scheduled to be closed for a few weeks this summer. We will be in and out throughout this time. If someone isn't here and you need to get ahold of us, please call 928-773-4020 and leave a message. We will do our best to get back to you as soon as possible. Class placements will post in ParentVue in mid-July.
If you haven't already started following us on Instragram or Facebook, we would love to share more up-to-date information with you. It is also a great way for our families and friends to see all the wonderful things happening at Sechrist.

The maximum credit allowed is $400 for married filing joint filers and $200 for single, heads of household and married filing separate filers.
Online Registration and Verification

Lunch Payment App
Add funds to your student's lunch account through the Linq Connect app. Call the front office if you need your student's ID to create an account.
Volunteering at Sechrist
Volunteer packets must be completed every two years. We value our parents and community volunteers that make our school so special. Thank you!
