Kindergarten Readiness Skills
Before entering Kindergarten, students are encouraged to work on the following skills with the help of their families:

Use scissors to cut simple shapes

Hop on one foot and skip

Identify body parts (e.g., head, shoulders, elbows, knees, feet)

Name basic colors (red, blue, yellow, green, etc.)

Say full name, age, birthday, address, and phone number
These foundational skills help build confidence and independence as children begin their school journey.
What Your Child Will Learn in Kindergarten
Reading & Language Arts

Recite and recognize upper and lower case letters

Understand basic print concepts (left to right, top to bottom)
